Cancellation of orders
1、If you need to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped and we will do our best to cancel it for you. Please note that orders shipped after delivery and in transit do not support cancellation!
2、If there is some kind of problem with our shop, we will contact you immediately for a refund or negotiate other ways to deal with the problem.

We will send you an order tracking number, you can also find the logistics tracking in the ‘My Account’ page.
Returns and Refunds
We support free replacement within 7 days after receipt of the order (except for non-quality problems), after 7 days, if you need to return the product, we will provide you with the relevant information, you need to return the product intact, and the shipping cost will be borne by you.
Refunds are usually made within 72 hours
